Rema Wants ASUU To Call Off The Strike: Talented Nigerian music act, Rema has pleaded with Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU to call off the ongoing university strike.
This strike has been going on, fully active for months now and it has crippled a lot of students, forcing them to get a job or learn a trade.
Recall about some months ago the singer revealed on Twitter that he got admission to study in the prestigious University of Lagos. This news caught a lot of fans by surprise but they looked forward to seeing him in class.
“What if I told y’all I got an admission into Unilag? Lol Mom said I still need to get a degree sigh, oh well see you guys in class!” he posted on Twitter.

According to Rema on his Twitter handle on the 18th of April he stated that since got an admission to study in UNILAG the school has been strike.
“ASUU, since dem give me admission I neva start school o, e don do nau!” his tweet read.
